上海交通大学智慧能源创新学院(简称“智慧能源创新学院”)是上海交通大学与国家电力投资集团有限公司强强联合创建的办学特区,集人才培养、科学研究、成果转化为一体,着力促进教育链、人才链、产业链、创新链的有效衔接,培养引领现代能源产业发展的复合型、创新型、实践型人才,为国家碳中和提供有力的科技和人才支撑。

人才培养

学院秉承“强基础、促交叉、重实践、国际化”人才培养理念,构建跨学科育人体系,形成了交叉融合、优势互补的鲜明特色,培养复合型、创新型人才。学院成功获批国内首个“智慧能源工程”本科专业并于2022年开始招生,目前本、硕、博在读学生436人。

师资队伍

学院现有全职教师54人,校内双聘教师26人。拥有中国工程院院士1人,国家级高层次专家2人,国家级青年专家7人次,上海市人才计划入选专家23人次。

科研与学科建设

学院牵头承担上海高校Ⅳ类高峰高原学科“上海非碳基能源转换与利用研究院”建设和国家能源局“十四五”第一批国家能源研发创新平台建设项目“数字化低碳能源系统重点实验室”,以国家重大需求为导向,开展非碳基能源转换与利用和智慧能源研究,承担了国家自然基金重大、重点项目,国家重点研发计划项目,上海市重大科技专项等一大批国家和地方重要项目。上海交通大学依托学院与国家电投集团共同设立“未来能源计划”基金,聚焦未来能源前瞻性变革性技术,为我国能源绿色转型提供科技支撑。

学院建有“智慧能源示范校园”,打造了能源数字化平台、虚拟电厂仿真平台和直流微电网系统,实现校园能源系统的智能化管理与高效调度,为智慧能源跨学科融合和应用示范树立了标杆。目前学院正在建设AI+能源学科专业,推动AI技术在能源领域的深度应用。

学院下设智慧能源研究院及“碳捕集与利用研究中心”“新型电力系统智慧运行与控制研究中心”“数字核能研究所”“新型电力系统技术经济研究所”。

长聘教职岗位:讲席教授、特聘教授、长聘教授、长聘副教授

(1)在国内外大学或科研机构担任相当职务;

(2)在相关领域取得同行公认的重要研究成果,具有较高的学术影响力;

(3)对学校及学院学科建设发挥重要引领作用。

长聘教轨岗位:长聘教轨副教授、助理教授

(1)具有相关专业博士学位,申请副教授者一般应在博士毕业后具有三年及以上相关学术岗位工作经历;

(2)在学术前沿领域开展创新性研究工作,取得一定的研究成果,表现出较强学术潜力和教育教学能力;

(3)师德师风优良,并具有创新探索精神和团结协作能力,特别优秀者可适当放宽工作经历要求。

专职科研、博士后:

申请条件:

1. 遵守中华人民共和国法律法规,具有良好的科学道德,自觉践行新时代科学家精神;

2. 出生日期在1985年1月1日(含)以后;

3. 获得博士学位后至2025年4月15日前,一般应在海外知名高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位,且具有连续36个月以上工作经历;在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的,可适当放宽工作年限要求(不适用于通过中外联合培养方式取得海外博士学位的情况);

在海外工作期间,同时拥有境内带薪酬职位的申请人,其境内带薪酬职位的工作年限不计入海外工作年限。

4. 取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果,且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力;

5. 申请人尚未全职回国(来华)工作,或者2024年1月1日以后回国(来华)工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作并全职回国(来华)工作不少于3年;

6. 限项要求:执行国家科技人才计划统筹衔接的相关要求。同层次国家科技人才计划只能承担一项,不能逆层次申请。

College of Smart Energy, Shanghai Jiao Tong University is Recruiting Academic Faculty at Home and Abroad!

The College of Smart Energy (CSE), Shanghai Jiao Tong University, is an industry-education integration platform jointly established by Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) and State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC). CSE integrates talent cultivation, scientific research, and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. CSE is a platform that incorporates industry and education, and promotes effective connection among education, talent, industry and innovation. CSE aims to cultivate compound, innovative, and practical talents who can lead the development of the modern energy industry and provide strong scientific and technological support for China’s goals to achieve carbon neutrality.

Talent Cultivation

CSE adheres to the talent development philosophy of "strengthening foundations, promoting interdisciplinary integration, emphasizing practice, and fostering internationalization." It has established an interdisciplinary education system characterized by cross-integration and complementary strengths, cultivating versatile and innovative talents. The College has successfully obtained approval for the first undergraduate program in "Smart Energy Engineering" in China, which began enrollment in 2022. Currently, there are 436 students enrolled in undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs.

Faculty

CSE has a faculty of 54, 26 dual-employed teachers from within SJTU . CSE has 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 2 national high-level experts, 7 national youth experts, 23 experts selected in relevant talent programs of Shanghai.

Scientific Research & Discipline Development

CSE spearheads the construction of the "Shanghai Non-Carbon-Based Energy Conversion and Utilization Research Institute," a top-tier discipline project under the Shanghai Higher Education IV-Class Peak and Plateau Discipline Initiative, and the "Key Laboratory of Digital Low-Carbon Energy Systems," a national energy R&D innovation platform project in the first batch of the "14th Five-Year Plan" by the National Energy Administration. Guided by major national needs, the College conducts research on non-carbon-based energy conversion and utilization, as well as smart energy, and has undertaken a significant number of national and local key projects, including major and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, national key R&D programs, and major Shanghai science and technology initiatives. In collaboration with the State Power Investment Corporation, Shanghai Jiao Tong University has established the "Future Energy Initiative" fund through the College, focusing on forward-looking and transformative technologies for future energy, providing scientific and technological support for China's green energy transition.  

The College has developed a "Smart Energy Demonstration Campus," featuring an energy digitalization platform, a virtual power plant simulation platform, and a DC microgrid system, enabling intelligent management and efficient dispatching of campus energy systems. This serves as a benchmark for interdisciplinary integration and application demonstration of smart energy. Currently, the College is advancing the establishment of the AI+Energy discipline, promoting the deep integration and application of AI technologies in the energy sector.

CSE houses the Smart Energy Research Institute, as well as the "Carbon Capture and Utilization Research Center," "Smart Operation and Control Research Center for New Power Systems," "Digital Nuclear Energy Institute," and "Techno-Economic Research Institute for New Power Systems."

Job Openings and Qualifications

Tenured Faculty Positions: Chair Professor, Distinguished Professor, Professor, Associate Professor

(1) Hold a comparable position at a domestic or international university or research institution;  

(2) Have achieved significant research accomplishments in the relevant field that are widely recognized by peers, with substantial academic influence;  

(3) Play a leading role in the discipline development of the university and its schools.  

Tenure-Track Positions: Tenure-Track Associate Professor, Assistant Professor

(1) Possess a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline; applicants for Associate Professor should generally have at least three years of post-doctoral academic work experience;  

(2) Conduct innovative research in cutting-edge academic areas, achieve notable research results, and demonstrate strong academic potential and teaching capabilities;  

(3) Exhibit excellent professional ethics, innovative spirit, and teamwork skills. Exceptional candidates may have work experience requirements appropriately relaxed.  

Research and Postdoctoral Positions

Applicants for research and postdoctoral positions should contact faculty members in relevant fields within the college and apply under the guidance of a collaborative team/mentor.

4.The main research direction is natural science, engineering technology, etc.

5.In principle, applicants should have obtained a formal teaching or research position in an overseas university, college or scientific research institute for more than 36 consecutive months before April 15, 2025. (For those applicants who obtained an overseas doctorate degree and with outstanding academic achievements, the required years of working may be reduced.This does not apply to individuals who obtained their overseas doctoral degree through joint training programs between China and foreign institutions.)

For applicants who hold a paid position in China concurrently during their overseas employment, the duration of the paid position in China will not be counted toward their overseas work experience.

6.Applicants have made influential contributions and research achievements, and with the potential to become leading scientists or outstanding talents in related field.
